PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Warm and elegant Victorian house in a quiet block in the Mission District. Open floor plan between living, dining, and kitchen space. Plenty of daylight. Three-panel La Cantina folding door in the kitchen opens to a sunny deck with grill, comfortable seating, and steps down to the private and clean backyard with artificial grass. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with stools. This floor also has a convenient half bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms plus a bonus office room and two full bathrooms both with tubs. Master bedroom features a king size bed and large windows overlooking the backyard. This bedroom has an in-suite full bathroom. Second bedroom features a queen size bed and large library. Third bedroom is set as kids’ room with twin size bed and crib. The bathroom is large and features a cozy bathtub.
Downstairs at street level there is a large garage and separate mudroom with washer and dryer. The garage has direct access to the first floor of the house.

Neighborhood: The Mission. The Mission is perhaps the trendiest and most diverse neighborhood San Francisco. It is a mix of families whom have lived in the Mission for years, tech employees, hipsters, and artists. This neighborhood gives you a friendly and interesting view to a true cross section of the city. Within a block or two you will find incredibly popular bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, Flour and water, Sasaki, True Laurel. Brew pubs and neighborhood bars like Southern Pacific Brewery, Shotwells, The Homestead, The Ritespot.

Of course you are in the Mission, so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian and Guatemalan at low prices.
