LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Neighborhood: MISSION. The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission, Dolores Park. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, tycoons and families who have lived in the area for generations, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find trendy restaurants and bars and a variety of stores. Valencia Street corridor is two blocks away with its renowned list of restaurants. Castro and Noe Valley are also within walking distance and only a few blocks from the property. The proeprty is located between the Mission District and Noe Valley district.
PARKING SITUATION
There is no parking available in the building. You can park on the street with restrictions. The J Church is a hybrid light rail/streetcar line of the Muni Metro system that stops within one block from the proeprty. There is also a Bart station (subway) only a few blocks away so you don’t need a car to move around the city. There are a few public parking garages nearby:
